First Free One Hour Workout
At Shoot 360 Birmingham, we offer a free one-hour workout to any athlete within 25 miles who is interested in becoming a Shoot 360 member. A Shoot 360 coach will take the athlete through a typical membership workout. This includes a thorough 30-minute skills workout and 30 minutes of quality shooting repetitions. The coach will share all details of what is included in membership along with pricing plans.
Skills Station
These 30 minutes are dedicated to passing and ball handling. The 360 proprietary technology along with your coach, will put your skills to the test. No matter if you are a 7 year old beginner or Steph Curry, our skills stations have drills fit to challenge your game. In addition, you will virtually compete with Shoot 360 athletes across the globe. You will find nothing like this anywhere else!
