Refund requests made up to 5 days prior to the event will be refunded in full, minus the processing fee. For refund requests made less than 5 days prior to the event, a refund will be issued to your Shoot 360 account as a store credit to be used for future Shoot 360 Huntsville goods and services, minus the processing fee.
